Born in Sonora, raised in California, and fluent in English and Spanish, Johel brings more than 25 years in high‑touch customer and guest services. After roles with leading hospitality and luxury providers in Los Cabos, he now plays an integral part in delivering exceptional owner and guest experiences at The Agency Baja.
Revenue Manager — Daniel Gutierrez
Daniel, born in Mexico City, bridges architecture, construction, and real estate investment. Trained as an architect, he pivoted to asset and revenue management—aligning property positioning, pricing, and audience targeting to optimize returns. He holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate and is dedicated to maximizing client revenues and performance.
