• Strict No-Smoking Policy: To ensure the property remains immaculate for everyone, a strict no-smoking policy is enforced both indoors and outdoors. Violation of this policy carries a $500 USD penalty.
• Condo Policies: To protect the high-end finishes of the home, pets are not allowed on-site.
• Local Taxes: Please note that listed luxury rental rates are subject to an additional 16% VAT and a 4% Lodging Tax
