Our stay here was fantastic. The location is within walking distance to a coffee shop, grocery store, and five or six local restaurants. While you can walk to the beach, it is. It a swimmable beach, but the beautiful and swimmable Playa Palmilla is an easy ten minute drive. The location of the condo puts you ten minutes from San Jose Centro/gallery district, with tons of great shops and highly rated restaurants, and just a minute to get on Hwy 1, which takes you to Cabo San Lucas in about 35 min, or to many great day trip locations. I definitely recommend renting a car if staying here. While the area around the condo building is still being redeveloped, the condo building itself is very nice and just recently completed. This condo unit is very well appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay - even a washer and dryer. The view from the balcony is wonderful. We came down to Cabo for a wedding and had an amazing time at the Punta Nima in San Jose Del Cabo. The Agency Baja staff were incredibly friendly, quick to respond to any questions, and super hospitable. The apartment itself was pretty amazing in its own. It was incredibly cleanly, well decorated, and stocked with everything we could need. Perfect location, with a view of the ocean, front door security, gym, roof top pool, and steps away from multiple shops, restaurants, etc. There is minor construction going on nearby, but you only notice it when outside. The Agency Baja was an exceptional host who made our stay as comfortable as possible. Their communication was prompt and helpful, and he graciously accommodated our late flight arrival. Their local restaurant recommendations were spot-on and really enhanced our trip. The space itself was beautifully designed with thoughtful attention to detail. As a heads up, there was white noise outside the apartment and road construction nearby created some dust. However, these were environmental factors beyond The Agency control, and they did everything they could to ensure we had a positive experience.
The house was a dream! Every space was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool and spa our favorite — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoor space. My personal favorite was the master bedroom; the mattress was so comfortable we’re already planning to buy the same one. We had an amazing time celebrating New Year’s together as a family for the first time in five years, with breathtaking views that made it even more special. Johel, our host, was outstanding. He communicated with us prior to arrival with clear and easy check-in instructions, was punctual and present at check-in to personally walk us through the home, and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. He was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. We had a fantastic stay in San Jose del Cabo for my bachelorette. The Airbnb was pristine and even more beautiful in person! We felt safe as it is located within a gated community. Johel and The Agency Baja were attentive to our needs and were always available if we had questions. I would 100% return to this location for future stays. *The only thing that may be helpful for future lodgers to know is that this is a new development and is not well-located on the map. None of our Ubers were able to locate the home, nor could any delivery service. Because of this, we had to arrange private transportation for the remainder of our trip. We loved our stay at this condo. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets from our balcony, walking to the grocery store, restaurants, and coffee, as well as the beach daily. The unit came with sunscreen, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, plenty of cooking supplies, and anything else you might need. We also appreciated the garage parking and safe location. As others have shared, the entire area is under development/construction which means that everything that has been built is beautiful and new but also there continues to be some construction noise/traffic.
